Submit the form below and a fair officer will contact you as soon as possible to confirm sponsorship. Please make the check payable to BOONVILLE FAIR ASSOCIATION and mail it to:
Boonville Fair Association, PO Box 775, Boonville, NY 13309.
Deadline for sponsorships is June 1, 2026. Checks must be received no later than the deadline or sponsorship will not be guarenteed.
